PHYTO 5 products
Where are your products made?
We manufacture all our products ourselves, in our Laboratoire Gibro, located in Fleurier, Switzerland.
Where can I buy your products?
Our products are sold exclusively on our website www.phyto5.ch or at our professional partners (institutes, spas, hair salons, hotels). We are not present in stores.
I have sensitive skin — can I use your products?
Yes. The products we manufacture are all tested before being placed on the market, in particular with skin- and eye-tolerance testing. They also respect the skin's natural pH, supporting a reinforced skin barrier. For sensitive skin, we recommend the Fire range.
Are your products natural?
Our products are made with natural active ingredients. Some products are 100% natural; others may contain ingredients that are not of natural origin but are necessary for formulation and preservation. Many of our actives are organic.
Are your products tested on animals?
No, the products are not tested on animals. They are also vegan (they contain no ingredients of animal origin).
Which preservatives are used in your products?
Oil-based products are formulated without preservatives, as they are preserved by essential oils and vitamin E. For other products, food-grade preservatives are used, most of them approved by the organic certifier ECOCERT (benzyl alcohol, dehydroacetic acid, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, citric acid).
Is the packaging recyclable?
Yes, all packaging is recyclable. The protective materials in your parcels are biodegradable and compostable.

How do I create a customer account?
Click on the account icon, then click "create an account". Enter your information, and your account is created. It lets you keep the history of your purchases and makes your next visits to our site easier.
Delivery
What are the delivery rates?
Shipping is free for any order, with no minimum purchase.
What are the delivery times?
Orders placed and validated before 2 p.m. are delivered the following day (working days).
Do you ship abroad?
At the moment, we only deliver within Switzerland.
Can I change the delivery address?
If your order has not yet been processed by our logistics team, we can change the delivery address. Contact us quickly to inform us of the change by email at team@phyto5.ch or by phone at +41 32 552 02 90.
Payments and returns
Which payment methods are available on the site?
The accepted payment methods are:

- Mastercard
- Twint
- Postfinance and e-finance
Payments are secured.
How do I make a return?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt of your order, and are refunded.
The returned product must be intact, unopened and in its original packaging. Otherwise, it will not be refunded.
To make a return, contact our customer service directly by email at team@phyto5.ch or by phone at +41 32 552 02 90. You will need to provide your order number, the name of the product you wish to return and the reason. We will send you a return label by email. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving and verifying the returned product.
