For example, a skincare routine for sensitive skin first consists of gentle, light products, formulated with natural and plant-based ingredients, which hydrate, soothe, and deeply protect the skin. We then recommend prioritizing a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle to support the body and intestines in their role as purifiers of ingested foods.
In line with this holistic and natural approach, we have created our signature skincare range, the 5 Elements range.

To formulate this range, we were inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine and the 5 energetic elements on which some of its precepts are based.
Thus, each of the 5 colors in the range corresponds to an element and a synergy of pure essential oils: Wood — Fire —Earth — Metal — Water.
Each element cares for a specific skin type and includes all the necessary products to care for our face, body, and hair.
The Wood range (green color), synonymous with movement, strength, and renewal, thus accompanies oily skin, while the Fire range (red color), synonymous with energy, freshness, and sharing, accompanies irritated and sensitive skin. The Earth range (yellow color), synonymous with change and purification, is dedicated to blemish-prone skin. Dry skin is accompanied by the Metal range (blue color), synonymous with comfort, lightness, and relaxation. Finally, the Water range (purple color), synonymous with meditation, calm, and spirituality, accompanies dehydrated and dull skin.
For each element and each skin type, we find a day moisturizing cream as well as a night moisturizing cream, a toning lotion, a clay mask, a bath salt, and a shampoo. The perfect panoply for skincare routines adapted to our skin's needs.
